Booking & cancellation policy
- Sessions are confirmed once payment is received — you'll get an email receipt and calendar invite right away.
- Please arrive 5–10 minutes early to settle in before your session begins.
- Need to reschedule? You can change your appointment time up to 24 hours before your session at no charge through your confirmation email.
- Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the session are non-refundable.
